I have a TV set that is more than five years old, can I use it?
No, older TV sets are not supported. You need a TV/Monitor that allows you to connect a Personal Computer directly to it.
When adding videos to my playlist, can I add videos from different categories?
Yes, just select a different video category and continue adding videos.
Is there a limit to the number of videos I can add?
No, you can add as many videos as you wish.
How can I find out when new videos are available?
Make sure you have signed up to receive Ad Planner News Alerts. News Alerts will be sent out when ever new content is available on Ad Planner. You can sign up for alerts by editing your profile. Edit your profile
Since In-Store Display requires Flash, what happens if my browser does not have Flash installed?
You will be prompted to download the Flash plug-in.
What version of Flash is required for the In-Store Display?
The In-Store Display requires Flash versions 9.0 or later.
Why do I need to change my computer’s screen resolution?
The graphics for the In-Store Display are optimizes for 1024 pixels wide by 768 high. It is not required, however in order to completely fill your wide screen TV/Monitor you will need to change it.
